I like the poem, but I think teaching your readers to be elastic has a lot of negative connotations, besides your positive slogans. Especially now, when everything is politically, socially, humanly, and so on can be so complicated. Human characters are much more sophisticated than our moralization. And instead of a friend, you can find your elastic enemy under an elastic smile.

🤣 I love your comment. Thanks a lot. It’s true. I hear ya. We do what we can. Leave the rest to the original author, creator, destroyer. He’ll take care.

Thank you, Shalini, for understanding.

We all have to be elastic if we have to maintain a family, manage any relationship ..

Oh I love that. Thank you Bala. Appreciate your friendly words.

Love this! Especially love the reframe about how women learn elasticity by molding to the shape others require, yet when they claim their own power, that elasticity belongs to them.

Your poetry is light, airy, and easy to read despite the deep messages. Great job!

I plan to celebrate and honor my elasticity today! First with physical stretching, then mindfully carrying that attitude through my tasks.

You’ve changed my day. Think about this. :)
