Why Are People Dumb?

To hurt one is to hurt us all, don’t you understand?

Why are people dumb?

On the one side there is accumulation 
Created by greed, created by lack, created by poverty of the mind
And then there is real need, poverty, hunger, strife, wasted lives !
Shouldn’t the ones who experienced lack 
know better than accumulating wealth for themselves and their families for generations?

Why is there misogyny
When everyone was created by a mother?
Shouldn’t they know better than promoting themselves higher?

Why is there racism 
When all it is is a matter of color
How did a lack of melanin become the cause of power?

Why is there religion 
If it doesn’t promote oneness?
What is the point of having Jesus if you’re going to use him to promote Trumpism in the world?

Dragging people through the streets simply because they came here unable to bear the torture of where they were born at?
It makes my heart rip and tear to see the earth getting shattered 

Why are people so dumb 
When will they wake up and see the truth 
If you hurt somebody today 
Won’t it come back to bite you tomorrow?

Have you learned nothing in 12 years of studying science and math 
1+1 is always 2
What goes up must come down 

Why is living life on earth such a complex hard to understand phenomenon?
When will man learn to see what lies before his eyes in plain sight?

To hurt one is to hurt us all
To hurt us all is to hurt yourself 
How can you live with yourself after you have hurt somebody and made them cry
Won’t that guilt consume you if not directly at least indirectly through all the means you employ to keep yourself distracted and away from it?
What will you gain by hurting another
Will that stand with you forever?
Or even until tomorrow?
Won’t your own children take it from you and run
If that is what you are teaching them in the first place by what you do today?

Please take time 
Think about this 
To hurt one is to hurt us all
