She looks up to heaven Asking no one in particular Perhaps questioning God When will she see again God answers to her— When the time is right my child She cannot believe it She’s thrilled When the time is right my child When the time is right she will Get to see again When the time is right She will get to smell the roses again When the time is right She will get to dance again Sing again Walk again Walk like a princess Talk endlessly Without stopping Unrelentingly Passionately Joyfully Without ceasing Pausing Or breaking Even for a drop of water She’s excited now She’s overjoyed She’s waiting Strength renewed She’ll like a sheared sheep Waiting for the beautiful wool to grow back When the time is right my child The birds and the bears The sun, the moon, the stars The magnolias, the blue bonnets And all the flowers of the spring They arrive when the time is right again Even the white orchid at her home Which blooms around Valentine’s Day every year It blooms doesn’t it? Even though it remains flower less around the year ? Now why didn’t she think of that So it’s not a no It’s always been a yes Except that the rightful time Hasn’t shown up yet She’s excited And thrilled When the time is right ah yes When the time is right it is When the time is right it will be She’s happy all over again— Thank you Jesus!
