Don’t Lash Out When Not In Control
Have you ever felt edgy? As if you are ready to explode? Angry? Upset? Disappointed? Discouraged? Difficult to endure at that state?
You are not alone. Everybody feels pushed sometimes by causes that are beyond their own control.
How do you cope when something like that happens?
Me?
I send out leaflets! Letters, notes, texts that announce the state of my spirit at the moment. If anybody comes to push me further, I tell them frankly—this is not the time, please leave now!
It annoys and irritates some people, sure! And they take it personally and react horribly too sometimes! That’s their natural state when their buttons are pushed, triggered! We can’t do anything about that. We informed. They reacted. It’s their problem now, not ours. They will realize their problem soon and come back to apologize. Or maybe not. Don’t matter! Our job was done as soon as we informed them not to touch us when we were a nervous wreck!
Don’t be afraid to send out leaflets of information. Everybody can’t be in equilibrium all the time. Sometimes somethings come along and move us out of our natural state. Others might not be aware of where we are at any given moment. So let us be kind and let us inform, keep away when we can react horribly and cause mishap! Let us send out leaflets that inform—please don’t touch me, not at this moment!
People do respect your preferences when you send out notes in peace. And when you return from wherever you’ve been at that moment, return the favor, the respect, the kindness by saying thanks! Life will be so much more better for both of you if you simply just acknowledge the goodness of others on days like this!
