I have found when I pull up YouTube on the TV, search crickets, and choose the one that is nothing but cricket, no wind, no music, just crickets, that helps me sleep better than I have ever slept. Summer is even better, I can open the tiny window and get the summer air with the crickets.
Nature is power, peace will come when we are able to enjoy nature well. You have written well the comfort of nature. Like it

Thank you for restacking my post Daniel. Yes, as soon as we moved into this house I also kept the windows open once the weather became bearable.
But then we got lazy once the air conditioner starts getting activated. And then that was that!
But for the briefest time, we also enjoyed the sound of crickets. And I loved it! Thanks for the reminder. Should try it again this time!
