Man’s Obsession With Control
Can make people want to fly away from him
Why is man so obsessed With holding others arrested What does he gain By keeping those he loves Bound to him with commitment Isn’t love something which sets you free always Why does he try to hold them imprisoned And allow rhem to rot inside in fear? Just because you want to keep all to yourself Do you think you can keep them yours alone All the time ? Let them be free Love for each other means Letting them live with you freely Love for each other means Not holding them committed to you By sheer terror Or letter Or manipulation But holding them close to you By letting them be with you Freely As they want to be That’s called free will And that also means Being ready to let go of control Being ready to let them live according to their plans Even if it means having to let them Let go of you However painful that can be In vulnerability lies strength When will man understand this? Can man live with each other In love without holding them in prison To tend to him Like a slave or a servant? Think about this Peace ✌🏽
Humans have long forgotten that all are one. We do this with the Earth and animals as well. Until we remember that the web is made of many, all of whom matter equally, we will fall short.
The question should be “ why are mostly white men and Jewish men obsessed with having power over people.
