What Did It Tell You?

It’s a beautiful eve
The sun is setting 
I don’t see the sun anywhere
And there are no clouds either

Just the plain blue sky
But it’s not so blue anymore 
It’s colored

At the horizon it’s pink 
At the highest it’s a light faint sky blue 
Somewhat mixed with a teeny tiny bit of grey 
Not much 

Just enough to make a very faint blue 
And in between the pink and the blue 
There is a spectrum of colors 
Can it be called purple
No not really 

Do I hint a yellow somewhere between the two 
Yes, how does that happen 
The myriads of colors in the sky 
Is one amazing sight 

The Creator never ceases to amaze me
There’s always something in the sky 
To draw my attention 
That touches and pulls at the strings of my heart 

Almost like a lover playing with my heart 
Playfully reading me and teasing me
Saying watch me and go wow!

Almost like saying—
Whatever is in your heart 
Don’t worry dear daughter 
Papa is here for you
He’ll take care of everything 

Just relax 
And enjoy the view
It’s all good
I am here ain’t I?

Go home safely
Take rest 
Have a good night!
