Collaboration, Commitment, Connection
Round Table Conference

When you have something in mind But can’t do it alone by yourself And you know that there are others who can help you to implement what you have in mind you can collaborate with them to get it done and done right But you can’t do it without knowing for sure that there is commitment on the other side. So you ask for it, ask for commitment and that’s where everything breaks down when there is no commitment and no intent to commit you know you cannot use them to collaborate with you. Commitment is important to collaboration. Without commitment there is no collaboration no matter what the thing is to implement in action. When there is no intent to commit to collaboration or implementation then there needs to be no connection ever again. Connection alone isn’t enough to get into a commitment to collaboration. You can’t start something without knowing that there is an intent to commit and to collaborate. Otherwise there is no ability to delegate and all the action will be one-sided will be yours alone. And that won’t ever be nice. You can’t steer a ship that carries 4 people all alone by yourself all of the time. You need to take turns and take rest some of the time to rejuvenate and reclaim your spot to collaborate through commitment
